Refund Policy
Requesting Service Cancelation
Clients interested in seeking a refund must provide in writing (either by email or postal service) that they wish to terminate their service agreement with Lunar Enigma. The following information must be included for your cancellation to be processed:
Client’s Full Name and Mailing Address
Client Account number
Date you wish to terminate your service agreement

Cancelation & Refund Policies
A. Cancellation Refunds for consulting will be granted according to the following schedule:
Four (4) weeks or more in advance Client will receive 100% of paid but unused fund on their account, less a 10% processing fee. Deposits are not refunded.
Less than four (4) weeks in advance but ten (10) or more business days prior: 50% of paid but unused fund on their account, less a 10% processing fee. Deposits are not refunded.
No refunds will be made for cancellations within ten (10) business days prior.
B. All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee
C. Deposits are not refunded after they are paid.
D. No refunds will be made for “No Shows”. A “No Show” is a person who registers for a session but who does not provide us with the content or information to do our job in accordance with the agreed service agreement or Scope of Work (SOW).
E. Refund requests will be processed as they are received. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.
F. Lunar Enigma reserves the right to cancel and/or terminate a contract with a client if at any time Lunar Enigma determines that the client:
Professional and mannerly conduct is required at all times while conducting business with the
Artcademy staff and representatives. There will be no refund for this cancelation.
Is a breach of (1) one or more elements, aspects or requirements in his/her contract. There will be
no refund for this cancelation.
Fails to sign his/her contract. There will no refund for this cancelation. Consulting fees of $75/hour
USD will be billed to the client.
